Had a woman wander into the flooring area to ask if we needed some help even though it wasn’t her department. Then the flooring guy came by 3 times to see if we needed help. Both guys in flooring were super helpful. Then while loading my car the parking lot attendant yelled to me to ask if we needed help. The dude ran over to load the tile in my trunk. He refused to take any money for a tip but asked if I would please leave a review. So here we are!!! Great job Home Depot. Great employees, great training, great culture. “I had a 10 year old Toro lawnmower that died on me recently. I needed to purchase a lawnmower at a decent price. I went to Home Depot and their supply of lawnmowers at this time in the fall season was limited. Plus the customer service person who helped me wasn't really trying to give me any additional options, so that didn't leave a great impression in my mind with this particular experience 😖 I decided to go check out Dunn Hardware and was glad I did. They only had one brand they were selling at this time;however, the very helpful man was able to tell me about the brand and its overall reliability. He wasn't just trying to sell me the product just to make a sale, he was letting me know I was getting a good mower for a good price. That experience was something you don't get at the larger retailers. I purchased the EGO LI-N electric lawnmower and I'm happy with my purchase. He reminded me to go online to register my mower for the warranty and helped me take the box out to my car. I would recommend anyone who needs equipment to check out Dunn first and you'll be surprised with the great service and cost 😊”

“Very crowded but got through checkout (clerk) fairly quickly. This is a super center, so at times it can be difficult to find exactly what you want if you have a firm idea in your mind. Wide selections don't suit me personally, but having them is never a drawback. Employee's are very pleasant, PATIENT and knowledgeable. Saw an employee in electronics dealing with a super agitated and slightly aggressive older gentleman. He had actually taken over for a female employee who became busy doing her duties. Walmart Dude pulled it off with the grace and dignity of Gandhi. (Very impressive, I doubt that I personally could have handled it as well!) One suggestion to Walmart Corporate: When you have such an employee, you need a version of a purple-heart. When they throw themselves on the grenade, they should get credit for the great customer service. That old man left the store smiling and had exactly what he needed for his television project.”
