“Been looking for a barber for a while now in the Blanchester area. Every review I would come across is always in reference to how a recommended barber cut their kids hair great etc. but I never seem to find one of a personal experience. After having gone through approximately 5 barbers in the area, I decided to give Rt. 50 Barbershop a try on a Wednesday evening. What attracted me to try the barbershop was the evening hours which was perfect for me to visit after work. Upon walking in, Gabe greeted me politely and promptly. After describing what I was looking for in a haircut he prepped me up and off we went. The notion of it’s a small world couldn’t have been more true today. As Gabe was sculpturing my haircut as I requested, we had an absolutely wonderful conversation. At checkout I was fairly impressed at how much a haircut cost at Rt. 50 Barbershop in comparison to others around. Please note, cash only like everyone else around town. In conclusion, Gabe was able to delivery the haircut I wanted, I didn’t have to wait 2 hours like at other shops, and I love that Blanchester/Lynchburg has gained a talented Barber that cares about the customer and not just another dollar bill. I highly encourage the community to give Rt. 50 Barbershop a chance and experience it for yourself. The way I look at it is, support a local family business as it’s not only good for the community but great for the soul. A++++ Highly recommend this business. They helped with decisions, listened to concerns and made my mom feel like family. The facility was beautiful, clean and had great food. They enjoyed many outings & recreational activities. “We did the Saturday morning walk in. Arrived at 7:30 left at 8:50. From check in, to daughter getting a cast to check out process was quick and smooth. Everybody was super friendly, place was very clean, Doctor was extremely thorough. They all were sensitive to my daughter needs. Always asking her questions making sure her pain was manageable. The location is great!! This is by far the nicest area I have been to when it comes to children’s hospitals. Definitely would be my first choice. The open walk ins were very accommodating. She broke her arm on Thursday wasn’t able to get an appointment until Monday. Saturday worked out better all around for my daughters school schedule and my work schedule. Thanks again to each of you. You went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of!”

“NEW I have both my Mom & Mom-in-Law at this facility. The caretakers are WONDERFUL! However....The phones there are AWFUL! My Mom still has a good mind, and we like to chat a couple of times a day.... As we have for YEARS! Well....I have been informed that if we want to communicate, maybe I should "pay up" for a better phone, or phone company??!! My Mom is on a fixed income, & only receives an extra $50.00 per month for personal expenses....What the heck??!! This needs to be fixed ASAP! (BTW...She's been there approximately one year now.) My frustration is over the top! Who's the "heartless" person that thought this is OK??!! At this point...we shall see what happens....I do appreciate everyone who is taking care of my loved ones...But....this is an issue I cannot ignore...🥺”
