My insurance wouldn't cover it until June 16th bc of how it was originally billed. It was supposedly fixed and would be in this morning w the insurance covering it. My husband got there to pick it up and it still was saying I couldn't fill it until June 16th! Carol is an angel from God and filled it anyways and said they'd figure everything out with the insurance. HUGE weight off of our shoulders! Thank you so much Carol!!!!!!”

“Typically we have a good experience at this location. On February 14th, 2023, my husband and I stopped in to pick up an Rx and some items needed for my husband's upcoming surgery. The young man at the pharmacy was very rude and unprofessional. I did call back and talk to someone in the pharmacy about our treatment, but she must not have been a manager because she just listened with no additional advice or comments. Since things have been hectic with surgery, etc., I am calling the corporate office today. I wish I would have done so immediately. Normally, the staff is polite and professional. We are considering a new pharmacy. Not sure why this kind of service is acceptable, but to me, it is not proper business.”

“From a young girl at the age of 17 with issues to the 42 year old I am now, Dr. James Croak and then Dr. Andrew Croak will always be the best! I still have the VHS tape from Dr J. Croak that he gave me of my emergency lap surgery when I was 17. He was the greatest doctor who did so much for me and to carry on his legacy, Dr. Andrew Croak, who has done a couple of surgeries for me, including a hysterectomy just this year. He is a wonderful doctor and wouldn't go anywhere else! ❤️ I'm so thankful for them both!”
