“The medical staff was courteous and professional with the care given. However, the checking in process was terrible! Instead signing in at the desk with the receptionist when you come in, you are told to use the QR code with your cell phone to register! It is definitely not first come, first seen. It is whoever is quicker with the QR code. I could not get the QR code to work so by the time I completed the paperwork, I ended up being behind two people that came in after me. When the wait in the Urgent Care is at least 1 1/2 hours the delay in getting signed in matters!”
