B&A added a large drive, Doors, gutters, siding, Bedroom, Roof, Bathroom work, Split Heat/air unit. Deck and Ramp and an extra room for my Father in law who is 100% disable Veteran. With a project this size, mistakes and things happen, they did their due diligence to fix and issue we had with the build(not large issues). In addition they did a GREAT job. I can not put into words how personal and professional the upper management team is. Best way to describe it, is they treat you like family. Would recommend to anyone for any work. They are worth they few extra Dollars hands down.. These addition will increase the quality of life for My Father and Mother in law for year to come. “I called Ken at Artistic Renovations when my upstairs bathroom flooded causing major damage to my kitchen below. He and his team responded quickly and helped me through the initial flood and clean up. Ken was very helpful, he provided advice and assisted me in dealing with the insurance company (when you are a new homeowner and something like this happens, you have no idea what you are doing and you need someone you can trust to help you through the process...Ken was a lifesaver). I had only lived in my home for few months when this happened and had plans of remodeling my kichen in the next couple of years. The flood ended up being a happy accident that lead to my beautiful new kitchen. Ken was awesome to work with, he listened and delievered a kitchen even better than I had envisioned... my home at the time was close to 100 years old and I did not want to change the footprint I just wanted to design a kichen I would love to be in. Ken and I worked through the design phase quickly (Ken truly listen to what I wanted and made the process super easy for me). Once I signed off on the design he and his team got to work. Remodeling your home can be stressful and having people in and out of your house for any period of time can be overwhelming. His team was so respectful, professional and friendly. It definitely made the process alot easier. My project was finished in the time frame quoted, he and this team went above and beyond and the end result was a kitchen more beautiful than I ever envision when I first walk through my house and thought I love this house but this kitchen has got to go! Now I walk in to my kitchen and smile it is my favorite room in the house! I would highly recommend Ken and the team at Artistic Renovations, they will not disappoint!”

Carl came out and measured and Jackie put in the order. The quote was good and tile came in within a week but problem getting transition stripes from supplier. Not their fault though. They came day before Thanksgiving at 9 am. The two men worked their tails off. Never took a break and finished up at 3pm. The floors are beautiful and workmanship superb. “My wife Karen and I approached John Gluth of Gluth Building in January of 2018, shortly after we had lost our house to fire. He led us trough the intricacies of rebuilding on the same site. He began with introducing us to a designer, Johnson Designs of Oak Harbor, OH, who took our sketches, offered many helpful suggestions, then did professional drawings at a reasonable rate. Gluth Building soon gave us a detailed quote that enabled us to adjust the design to our budget, then soon gave us a re-quote that we could work with. During this process, John Gluth was very helpful in explaining all of the cost/quality-level issues so we could make sound decisions. Once the construction started, John, who invited us to visit the site anytime we wished, was on the site himself doing much of the work while directing his crew. Daily visits to the site impressed us with the level of quality workmanship we experienced. Everything we looked at was solid, square, plumb and true. In one instance, John himself pointed out that a window opening had been inadvertently made larger than it was supposed to be, and when we returned that evening, it was re-done. On another occasion, we questioned a defect in a piece of siding done by a subcontractor, and the next day it was fixed. We were impressed with the level of workmanship and professionalism exhibited by all the subcontractors. As an example, the electrician's wiring was so neat that it looked like it had been installed by a robot, and when the house was completed, even the screw slots in the electrical cover plates were all oriented identically. Such attention to detail was typical of the work done by Gluth Building and its subcontractors. In the months after we moved in, we had some minor issues, which were corrected immediately. We highly recommend this contractor.”
