“As for the atmosphere of the store it's very relaxed. It has a little bit of clothing, home decor items, interesting collectables, and other products. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the store neat and pretty organized. On the downside, the front entrance was not wheelchair friendly having a step up of about 6 ins. The exterior of the building could use a little paint touch up around the upstairs windows and roof line. Looks a little dingy. 🤔”

“Erica was great to buy product from! She let me know all options with shipping or I could pick my soaps up! She even included a free charcoal soap (which I’m obsessed with). There’s so many scents and benefits I wanted to try them all. So far lavender, peach, and vanilla bean are my favorite. My son loves them too. “We just had the two captain's chairs in our RV reupholstered and Jim's Upholstery did a great job and at a very reasonable price. The even made some design modifications which made the chairs more attractive than they were before. I had discussed this with them prior to the work and had given them a photo of a captain's chair that we liked. For our job, they had a huge selection of fabrics. They were also very good about talking to me about what I wanted and details about the job They are busy, but had told me to plan on having the work done in January, and they did! So, it's worth the wait! I wouldn't hesitate to have them do any future reupholstering that we need to have done. Thanks!”

The almost complete shift to checkouts isn't as daunting as it had originally been. The associates have a little handheld that has a digital assistant called "Ask Sam." I figure in reference to Sam Walton. It's a nice touch, but I wonder if they used his voice.”

In the post I explained that the tech that shows up to treat your lawn is never the same, disallowing the all-important customer relationship to be established. In my review, I recommended Central Exterminating as a company/service they should emulate. Our CE tech Jimmy is very professional and responsive to the customer-even offering me his cell number in the event I have problems that may arise before my next scheduled service. Kudos to Central Exterminating and Jimmy- you do a great job! I will be continuing my service next season as well. TruGreen? One season and I am done with them.”
