“Had a pallet of work materials shipped from Chicago to Cleveland. Shipped out on Thursday and arrived at their Cleveland terminal the next day. Most other carriers take 2 days for the same trip. It got there too late to go out for delivery Friday, so I traveled to the terminal to pick up the shipment rather than waiting until Monday for it to be delivered. I called ahead to let them know I was coming and they were very helpful and friendly. The pickup process was easy peasy and dealt with decent people there as well. I was in and out in literally 10 minutes. Will deal with them again soon and recommend them for your LTL needs.”

Both he and Marcus were very courteous and wore masks through the entire time with us (which we appreciated because of being in the high risk group for the novel coronavirus). They disposed of furniture we did not need and moved other furniture and boxes to wherever we wanted, all with ease and concern for my wife's wishes and to not damage furniture, floors or walls..
