The receptionist was very polite and didn’t have an appointment till Wednesday but knew I was off of Tuesday and said if something opened up she would let me know. On Monday, she called to let me know she could get someone there on Tuesday which was great! I just had Michael come out and conduct a repair on my bathtub overflow today. He arrived on time, was polite, diagnosed the problem right away and made the repair in a speedy manner. The repair cost was very reasonable given the work he had do to.
