Coming in here is definitely like stepping back in time, 1 table that I saw and the rest is bar/counter seating. “So two errors were made. First one came with the online app. I ordered & paid for a cold cup for my daughter only to find out when I got there, that cup was not in stock at the store. Second error, I have a boatload of stars. I decided to apply them to a new hot cup for myself while I was there. I informed the girl, "I'm using Stars" yet somehow it was not stars but cash from my app that was taken. The shift manager then proceeded to go above & beyond trying to fix things imho. The way I see it, that kind of customer service went further with me & proceeded to overshadow any mistakes made.”

“I loved the atmosphere. The food was mostly amazing. It was set up so that you got a wine tasting and a bottle of wine was included in your meal. Then you went to get the salad. They had a small amount of toppings, but they were all very fresh. After that you went to get your meat. You have already paid which was a bit weird but not the worst. They had recommended cooking times and there were pretty much spot on. Overall an amazing experience. The sides which could have been better, were basically frozen and cooked. I felt like for the price they could have done better. Still a very positive and wonderful experience.”

Staff is very courteous, food is good and margarita’s are tasty but strong! We’ve been there 3 times now and enjoyed it but on Saturday nights they have live music (which normally I would love) that was so loud you couldn’t even converse or think or order your food without literally yelling. Would’ve stayed for another drink but it wasn’t relaxing at all due to super loud music. (Even tho musicians were good) Will definitely go back. Just not on Saturday night.”

“Love this place!!! Unfortunately tonight I got the wrong pick up order, thin crust rather than deep dish. The gentlemen was very apologetic and offered to make me a deep dish. I said I’d just pay for the thin crust and keep it but he insisted on not charging since a mistake was made. I would recommend this place over and over for the quality of the food but even more for their stellar customer service. This is a fantastic establishment and has one of the best deep dish pizzas I’ve ever had!! Check them out next time you’re in Anderson or give them a shot with a pick up order.
