“I’ve been here twice now for lunch, looking for an alternative to the usual fast food places along Route 2. Their lunch menu has good selection and good prices and quick service. I got the chicken with garlic sauce which had a nice portion size. Good flavor to it. Complementary hot tea is a nice plus. The chicken fried rice was pretty good too just wish it had some bean sprouts in there to remind me of the fried rice of my youth. I’ll definitely be back, I do prefer a nice hot meal over a burger and fries.”

The grounds were superbly maintained inside a gated community. I ate at the restaurant often enough to know the consistency and quality of the food served. “Loved this place. They don't actually have a grill where you can customize your order (like a side of scrambled eggs), you can only do waffles or crepes but the options for toppings are many. Fresh fruits, no fruit Drizzles or syrups. They charged extra for my friend's turkey bacon ($3 for like 2 slices). You get a choice of ice cream or whipped cream. Free sample tea was good. We asked for water with our order and got a small cup of water that seemed to be from the faucet. Not a lot of parking around, unless you pay for it. Overall, pretty good.”

“It's pretty good fresh. To give you an idea of how it squares up we'll use Caine's as our comparison. Mothercluckers as far as taste is superior. The breading has more flavor and the chicken is more tender. I would have liked a little more breading I think. The tenders themselves though are MASSIVE probably about twice the size of Caine's. Now as far as texture it's not as crunchy as Caine's. They have the age old soggy breading problem. So it doesn't have quite the same crunch as Caines. Granted I didn't eat mine till about 10 minutes after purchase so that gave condensation plenty of time to do its work. But if it were fresh it might match Caine's in texture. The fries are better than Caine's. I believe they are fresh cut but I'm not 100% sure. But they have a good seasoning on them. The location of this restaurant. Literally a hole in the wall. Almost, impossible to see because there is no signage whatsoever. It's beneath the indian Kitchen in this tiny room with one man working it. There's graffiti all over the inside which is pretty entertaining. An experience for sure. You should go inside. Overall decent place. I think they could make some improvements but it's pretty good.”

We sat down and ordered our drinks from a friendly and smiley waitress who came back and took our order. Before I could get my straw unwrapped she brought out our food! It was a pot pie that was very tasty and quite large. The restaurant may not be too fancy but a good lunch with two drinks from a nice waitress for about $20 is a good find and a place I look forward to trying again sometime.”
