This was our third year going and we are already planning to book for next year. The resort has so much to offer for all ages. The entertainment and the activities are all so much fun. They really take the time and care to ensure that every camper has a positive experience. “I stopped in Gettysburg Estates to inquire about the homes in this community, I was greeted by Jorita Carr, she introduced me to her staff, Sarah, Sylvia and Adam. They all were very nice and happy to show me a few of the homes. Sarah and Adam took me around the community showing all the amenities the community had to offer. It truly is a beautiful place and very welcoming. Even a few of the residents stopped to talk to us and told me how much they loved living there. Its in the top 3 places I have inquired about.”

“I have relatives who live in this mobile park and I have to say it is a really nice, well-kept one. You can tell that everyone who lives here pretty much takes pride in their home and they also fix the roads ,there were a few potholes. This community is only about half a mile from the 71 exit which would make it very convenient for commuters to Columbus or Mansfield. The majority of the trailers are newer and just single wide. They also have a covered bus stop area for the kids which is really nice. This place would get a five if they had some kind of Park area. I don't know that they do have one but they also have a larger parking area for owners to put their boats and RVs so I can actually say 4 and a half. Just a quarter mile down the road is a new Pharmacy. There is a nice dental office, you've got 2 gas stations or 3 if you count the one on the other side of the interstate exchange. Also a Taco Bell that's not too wonderful. Definitely worth a look-see for a small family of four.”

“Very nice and quiet retirement community 55+ not allowed to have dogs. I guess between no dogs and no kids that is why it is so quiet. My GF has a really really nice laid out trailer with a ? 2 car garage single wide, and behind that is a 4 season room. It's a very nice trailer and her bathroom has walking shower and grab bars. It's perfect for 1 or 2 people. And they are allowed a cat but must be kept inside at all times. Very nice trailer park.”

“Nice place, well kept for adults 55 and older. Owners keep the lawn done on a regular basis. No unruly children roaming the lot.. only complaint is that within 5 yrs, the lot fee has gone from 280 to 350. Still affordable for older, with just with such an increase with no new additions or extras. The senior Owner (the dad) is solid... the son, is seen for what he is.”
