Facility is well-maintained and the level of care is such that I can return to my home state of MD and not worry about my sister who went from rehab to long-term care with short notice and the transition was seamless. Fortunately I was able to take my 4 by 4 over and over the snow once again and again and again until I was able to get to a point that I would be able to haul my camper into place.”

“I came home while my husband was overseas to stay with family and needed a place close to store all of our household goods. I contacted Cindy, who was VERY friendly, and offered to meet me the same day and show me the units. Paperwork was quick and painless and the movers moved our stuff into the unit. We had issues with some things being broken from the movers and they continued to mail all the paperwork to Lock-It-Up instead of my home. Cindy offered to forward all the mail and called every time something came in. VERY personable and VERY helpful. If ever I come home during a deployment or unaccompanied tour again I will definitely be using Lock-It-Up on Eber! She also owns the unit on Airport Highway across from the airport. “Because spring is here, and the weather was looking great the next couple of days, I wanted to get to the car wash while I had time. I had thought they opened at 8, but was pleasantly surprised that when I got there it was already open and apparently I missed the first rush. The kind woman that works her butt off there is always patient and helpful. She was running the entrance and hustling back to also dry the vehicles. There was only one other person there at the time that was busy detailing a car. I really wanted to help but she said I was the customer and took great care of me. She did an excellent job!”
