There was one thing on the car that needed to be fixed post-sale, and they said they would call when the part came in. We made the agreement on a handshake. Sure enough, a week or so after we bought the car, they gave me a ring and did the work. Nice to know you can still trust people these days, at least in Cincinnati. 😉”
