“The staff is super friendly and always welcoming. I've bought a few pairs of earrings and a bracelet from them and they've all held up beautifully. Recently my husband and I decided to do some shopping to upgrade our wedding rings, which admittedly, I took longer to decide than he did. He found his ring in 5 minutes flat, they got his size and took it back behind the counter while I looked. Bless the sweet staff at Rome Jewelers, because I must have asked them to pull at least 10 different rings for me to look at. I felt so bad that I kept asking, so I was constantly apologizing, but they were so patient and understanding. Eventually I did find the perfect ring and we're currently waiting on them to be resized. Again, the staff are wonderful and the selection is plentiful. They're also super sweet to my 10 month old infant whenever we come in. Of course he gets a little fussy sometimes, yet they seem so unbothered by it. Love this place.”

“Just got home from a CHL class with Ethan and Dennis. The class was supposed to be from 8AM to 5PM, we didn't get finished until just after 7PM. I did not view that as a bad thing. They are smart, knowledgeable, and take the time to answer every question and coach as much as needed. These fellas seriously go the extra mile in every way. They make everybody attending feel like an equal whether you are familiar with guns or have never even held one in your life. A previous reviewer mentioned the use of foul language, that part is true. Though it is not overly used at all. It's only used to drive home the point that there is a lot of fun and laughter in the class, but they want to make sure everybody knows that guns are not toys but should be respected as tools of self defense. I would recommend these guys to any and everybody that wants to learn more about gun proficiency in a calm and constructive environment. I can't wait to take more classes with them and as Ethan pounds in your head over and over, never stop learning and more training is an absolute must no matter what your skill level is.”
