While I normally avoid these kinds of places, Conrad's (at least the one in Reminderville/Twinsburg) has proven to be a great resource for me. They've handled everything for me from basic oil changes to check engine lights, alignments and more complicated emissions work. Phillip at the front desk and the manager Jeremy have both always been friendly, honest and helpful. They hit their deadlines and pricing is always up front. The process of getting my number transferred over took about 2 hours because straight talks customer service is absolutely abysmal and I could not get any information correct from them. Christian however was able to get all of the information I needed, help the other several customers (about 3-5 other groups) and while be absolutely pleasant through the entire experience. It's been a very long time since I've been in contact with someone who does this damn good of a job. Do whatever it takes to keep him.”

“So far pretty good experiences. I got called from putting my old car on Kelly Blue Book online providing my information. They had exactly what I was looking for and immediately went up to test drive. I didn't actually have the car I was looking to trade, but they were still willing to start the sale, which was completed the very next day. It was a really quick easy buying process. I added window tint and rust coat proofing to my purchase and upon dropping my car off, I was provided with a very nice 2021 Tacoma as a loaner, which I almost liked better than my Camry TRD! When I picked my Camry up the next day, the window tint looked great but I didn't get a strip across the top front like I hoped. In setting up the window tint, it was just passed along from my car salesman, to maybe someone in service who then set it up with a local tint company. He just asked, what percent all the way around. I think had I went to a tint company myself, it would have been a bit more personable service and to my exact specification. I also don't know who did the tint, so hopefully if something bubbles, scratches or peels down the road, Summit will make it right. Aside the window tint, the rust coating left my car pretty messy. They didn't seem to take much care or time in a detail cleaning before giving me the keys. I had to ask someone to come take a look and then they took another 30 minutes to fix it. I appreciate them fixing, but still. I plan on taking my new car there for all services to maintain the warranty, but service didn't seem to be to helpful or personable. I ask a question and I'm told that I need to see my sales person, who has been hit or miss when I've stopped in. If I'm expected or going to be new repeat customer for retaining, I would expect them to be a little more clear and helpful in directing me to who and where I need to go for future service requests/questions. Retaining that relationship could be the difference of my next purchase down the road.”
