The man working in the roofing aisle was very helpful and led us (read: didn’t just point and say “Over there!” Which has been the norm at HD.) to the items we were looking for! In fact… we later needed help finding a specific type of ladder. Again, he was very helpful. Only bad thing, he only smiled maybe once. But all in all, better service than we have seen at this particular HD in YEARS!”

“First off, I just want to explain how I found Tune Belt. I stumbled upon them at the New Balance Falmouth Road Race Health & Fitness Expo in 2019 and I figured I'd give their product a good old college try as they say. It worked out the first time. Now, fast forward to late August of this year, I get a new I-phone SE 2020, and I discover I need an arm band so that way when I'm running, I don't have to clutch my phone. I go to Tune Belt and research all of the models, and I pick the first one that I see and I order it. It came promptly and I thought it would work. It turns out I had ordered the wrong model of band. So, that left me in a dilemma on what to do. Do I return it and get my money back or do I hold on to it and hope someone else uses it? It turns out I ended up holding on to it. However, this review also deserves a commendation. My mother ended up emailing Tune Belt customer service to help me out. That was on Thursday 9/10. On Saturday 9/12, she gets a response back from Sharon Sexton who recommended that I keep the one that I mistakenly ordered. Thank you Sharon for coming up to bat and helping me out. Bottom line: I would recommend Tune Belt to anyone who needs a wristband.”

“I have not experienced in a very long time, the kind of superior customer service I just experienced with Eagle Valley Cutlery. Early this summer (2023) I purchased a Case folding knife online for my wife's birthday (which would be in December). It arrived quickly, I opened the package to see it was beautiful, and then hid it away until Dec. Unfortunately I didn't think to check the knife blade operation, because when she opened her gift both blades were very difficult to open. I was obviously way past the return window but I sent an email to the store asking if they had any advice on how to free the blades or if it possible to return the knife. They answered right away and were beyond friendly and helpful and offered to ship the knife back for free so they could find a resolution. I just received an email from them saying it appeared that during production the knife was not oiled because when they oiled it the blades started working properly. They offered us the option of keeping that knife or sending us a brand new. We took the offer for the new one and it will be on its way shortly. I will most definitely continue to shop with Eagle Valley Cutlery not only for their impeccable customer service but for their incredible inventory! “I like this location because they have the option to buy new or exchange your propane tanks through the app and pick them up or exchange them through the kiosk right out front. You make the purchase online or through the Home Depot app then scan the QR code on the kiosk screen to continue with getting your tank. It’s so easy. I was having a hard time finding propane tank exchanges locally and also couldn’t figure out where to go to refill them. I found through my searches that these kiosks existed and it was so easy to do.”
