“When I stopped here, I was having a horrible day due to one thing after another going wrong. However, these guys were so kind and friendly, they actually put a smile on my face and I ended the day on a good note. It’s amazing how just smiling and being kind to someone can go a long way. They have sufficient parking, a CAT scale, showers with nice hot water and good pressure, laundry, and a nice little restaurant. The store also has some pretty neat and cool things. This one is definitely going on my favorites list even though I don’t come through here that often. I’ll remember to always stop here just for the fun of it whenever I come through.”

I am editing my last review because I thought there was some incorrect info being said but it turned out to be a misunderstanding and then their 3rd party customer service would sometimes resist transferring me back Josh later, which leads to frustration. None of this was Josh's fault. He had all the correct knowledge and in fact, was waiting on some delayed items to clear before he reached out. Then HE personally reached back out to me which was nice to bypass that 3rd party customer service line. He took the time and effort to make sure my bill was correct and we were happy. I have bought many vehicles over the years and this was by far the easiest deal that I have ever done, which is really saying something since I live in a different state. (Buffalo NY) Jim was very responsive and helpful, he was quick to answer all my questions and offered me a very fair deal on the vehicle that I had spent months searching for. Knowing that I was driving the vehicle several hundred miles just on the drive home, he had his mechanic look the vehicle over very carefully before we took delivery, which was very nice. They include a 3 month/3,000 mile warranty on all their vehicles so you will have peace of mind with your purchase, which is not always easy to achieve when buying a used car. I would not hesitate to contact them again if i was in the market.”
