“I have always booked our own travel plans. We had a 20th anniversary coming soon that I knew would be a difficult trip to plan in this day and times. A decision was made to get a travel agent. I contacted Christina and described a bit of what we would like just to see what she would come up with. WOW, she contacted me, asked questions that would be relevant to location, wants and needs and sent me three itineraries to get our thoughts. First off, she named these trips as Funiversary! Personally, I thought this was great. All three itineraries were actually perfect so no other inquiries were needed and it took us days to decide which one would be more perfect than the other. Christina not only sends you proposals but she adds personal knowledge to help each traveler’s questions that may arise. When I did ask questions no matter how important or unimportant, she had no problem answering them promptly in the kindest way! Our trip was perfect and Christina did the perfect planning for us. Once we declined that she explained potential time frame then explained what she was anticipating could happen and it did. She was able to seat the three groups of 4 in front of us as well as our group of 4. I love when they pay attention and give worse case and potential. Food was excellent. Service was top notch. “My husband and I went to Splash N Dash around 2am to get our car washed. We live in Fremont and work midnights and had a day off so it's nice that the car wash is open 24 hours. Its a nice little car wash but we noticed that it's still being renovated. We liked how fast the pumps switched from soap to wax to rinse etc. We also liked that it was very clean.We personally didn't use the vacuums but someone else was there and we could hear the suction of the vacuum and it sounded like it had very strong suction. However we did see some flaws that they could improve on in the bays. The first thing we saw was the rotary switch wasn't aligned properly to the selected item. However that is just a minor issue that doesn't bother us too much. It might bother others though. The next thing we saw was that there was no triple foam gun. We personally like the triple foam for our cars because it really makes the clear coat on the car shine. Lastly, we wished that they had more vending options like air fresheners, towels, pop machines etc. However we see so much potential in this car wash and we really enjoyed our time at Splash N Dash!”
