“I didn’t know much about CrossFit before coming to CrossFit Wooster. I did some personal training sessions that were very helpful with learning and understanding techniques. I’ve really enjoyed going to classes each week, being challenged, and seeing progress being made through dedication and hard work. Everyone is at different levels and every workout has options depending on your level, which I appreciate. I’ve enjoyed the atmosphere, the community, and the coaches.
