So what we were told went from a high estimate of 13,000 to 2,700 .We ended up just having to replace a part, not the whole unit No other estimates were under 6,000.00. When brookfall group took over management, maintenance request were finally getting fulfilled, the properties are being fully renovated and updated. New toilets and sinks and shower heads. If you have any issues and reach out to the management they respond in a timely manner. Outstanding group. Also when they first took over, the first order of action was replacing all the A/C units and a brand new roof.”
