The woman came across something that they couldn't do, and she was quick to be real with me and send me to someone who could manage the project. I will ABSOLUTELY be back with other laundering needs. I feel very comfortable leaving items with people who won't take a chance on possibly ruining an important item, and therefore feel much more comfortable leaving things here in the future.
