I am truly AMAZED at how responsive the maintenance team here at the Avalon of Boonton is. Specifically Wes - he is a Godsent to the property. Today he and Michele responded promptly to cleaning up a new large pet accident - which in past luxury rentals that I have lived in - would have NEVER been responded to so expertly and quickly. WES has consistently displayed extraordinary care, ingenuity, dedication and a purely warm and friendly disposition as he help me through the removal of a birds nest on my balcony and responding jet fast to replacing a battery in my smoke detector that was up in my 20 ft lofted unit - even though it was on the verge of a holiday weekend. WES is phenomenal along with is co-worker Michele - as is the ENTIRE team here at the Avalon - don't even get me started on how REMARKABLE Carolyn, Ben and John and the rental office team gals care for this property. We just moved into Avalon 2 weeks ago and LOVE it! We have never rented an apartment before but Brittney made the whole experience so easy! She has been so helpful and is so quick at getting back to us with any questions we have. So far I highly recommend Avalon! Also....love seeing all the dogs in the community!

We love living at Avalon Boonton. We were here throughout the pandemic and the friends we have here helped make it not a lonely time. We used the outdoor amenities even during the dead of winter to gather safely with friends. We continue to enjoy our friends, our apartment and the public spaces. The staff has been great too.

Brittney Ramsey at Avalon Boonton is very friendly and professional. I loved my “virtual” apartment showing and tour of the facility. I looked at a few other complexes, but this one has the most amenities and was very easy to view the available apartments.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience touring Avalon Boonton! Though the grounds and apartments are beautiful, what stood out to me most of all was the exceptional service I received from the staff! Brittney and Chris were absolutely fantastic, from my first phone call, to the tour, to reviewing lease options with me! Not only were they extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but genuinely kind and warm. As soon as I walked in the leasing office I was greeted with Brittney and Chris’s warm smiles and enthusiastic greetings. They made my experience feel less like a tour of an apartment complex, and more like they were welcoming me home! I had many follow up questions after my visit, and they reached out to me several times to make sure I was comfortable with all the information I received. Truth be told, Brittney and Chris’s genuine kindness and incredible customer service was a huge part of what made me decide to move to Avalon Boonton! I am so grateful I had the pleasure of being introduced to this gorgeous community by such wonderful staff members! it is people like Brittney and Chris that make the Avalon Community so special and put it in a class above all other ap

I was a walk in and Duke the barber cut my sons hair and did an amazing job !!! Will def refer him to anyone in the Moore area !!!
