“Hello all, I live in NORMAN but I’ve never visited class in urgent care. About a week ago I felt the need to do so. Previously for minor acute incidents I would go to another urgent care and had hone there for almost 8 years. I was amazed at the customer service from the start of the call, to helping me through online booking, the front desk, the nurse who assisted me , to the doctor. Everyone was very professional. I appreciated the doctor personally as he was very honest regarding my situation. He explain to me why it would be best to go back to my surgeon regarding the issue he believed to be a post Surgical one. I appreciate it him being kind, knowledgeable, and honest. Not that I want to go to an urgent care center in the future but if I do , Classen, Urgent care is now my new urgent care place.”
