My aunt has been a resident of Senior Cottages for ten years. She's had a fantastic experience with them. The current manager, Amy, is a pleasure to work with and accomodates any situation within a timely fashion. AD is the maintenance contact. He's hard working and quick to respond as his schedule allows. I'm so pleased my aunt has had this pleasant and safe environment of independent living and we look forward to many years more.
I enjoy living at Senior Cottages. Our manager Amy is very helpful should we need anything. She has followed the stay in and distancing which I appreciate. AD is our maintenance man. Very helpful and understanding. We have a few little things pertaining to our landscape but Amy has be on top of it and it looks like its coming around. Lovely place to live. I recommend it to all my friends and some are on the waiting list.
Very pleased with Amy and AD, both are very courteous and attentive to my concerns and requests regarding my unit. If I have an emergency situation they attend to it in a timely manner and take care of the issue.
I would recommend Senior Cottages of Norman, in my opinion it is a very safe and pleasant place to live.
