Amazing customer service! I ended up coming to this location tonight due to an unfortunate incident at the mcarthur location off I-40 (I’m not sure what was going on there but the staff there was incredibly rude/disrespectful and apparently the store wasn’t operating not sure why I didn’t even get an explanation) but anyway I called this location and asked the sweet girl that answered the phone ( I so wish I would have gotten her name) if I was able to transfer my order to them she was so sweet and helpful and didn’t hesitate to make my order, once I got there she had made me an extra drink at no charge and even gave me a gift card and apologized for my troubles she is such a sweet soul it truly made my night! We need more people like her in customer service if this gets back to her I want her to know that I truly appreciated her amazing service and attitude!
