  Was referencing an old menu on here and noticed the Matcha Affogato and came by to try it out. Unfortunately it's no longer on their menu, but the super friendly staff made a version of it for me anyway! It was very tasty and I really enjoyed my visit. Thank you for making my day!

  So cute! Staff are super helpful and friendly. (I wanted to try dragonfruit milk tea but they were sold out, so they immediately recommended a flavor that they felt would be similar.) Excellent product selection, and the milk teas are medium-sweet which means I could taste the flavor and not just sugar. Beverage is large, but not so large that you wind up with leftover product.
  The store is clean, and I could see the staff making my beverage. Will definitely go back!

  Cute little place to grab a drink. You can also sit and enjoy inside the cafe. Staff was polite and offered other drinks according to your taste! You can see them make it as well which is great!

  It's been a year since visiting this boba shop and they've improved tremendously both in terms of friendly service and quality of their drinks. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and polite. They made sure to repeat our order back to us to make sure it was what ordered which I really appreciate.
  
  You can see by the updated photos the drinks are filled and they taste good/ they were made correctly which is very much appreciated.
  
  I'm glad that the service has improved and that we gave this boba shop another shot. I'm very happy with the friendly service and quality drinks.

  The boba shop was empty and there were no other orders being made. The workers are forgetful when it comes to remembering orders and then make drinks incorrectly. The drinks are more than five dollars each for them to undercut you while giving you 1/4th of a cup of foam. When you ask for boba on your milk tea they forget to add it but still charge you. It's honestly just a little frustrating because we were the only customers there and yet the drinks were still incorrect and the drinks we did get were under filled despite being full price.
  
  I've been to more than a dozen boba shops in my life and each had quality food and drinks. Unfortunately Sip Boba and Desserts falls short in both service and food quality. This place has premades food and has it sitting out on the counter, not warmed or refrigerated, with moisture building up on the inside of the containers, so it has clearly been sitting for a while and can't be safe for customers.
  
  Its really unfortunate that this place invests more in their aesthetics than the quality of their food and drinks. Truthfully, I'm highly dissatisfied with the service and quality of food and don't plan on spending anymore money here or visiting again.
