I just recently purchased a G3 17cc boat form another dealership and I absolutely love it. The sales and service departments are great but the parts department has some issues. The boat had an optional door that could be added to the center console. Needless to say it was like trying to pull teeth very painful. After about 2 weeks of trying to get the part giving them the year and hull id the parts man said I should find a door on the internet that would work. So while looking I ran across this dealership, l talked with Mrs.Carla Whigham gave her the same information and before I could make it home she had a price , photo and double checked to make sure it would work. This is a great place to do business with. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is needing help with there boating needs. Its hard to find a business that offers this kind of care to there customers.

Gary and his staff were amazing. Jason the service manager was awesome. Got right on my warranty work and received parts very promptly. Replacing a power head unit from evinrude and were great at communicating the process and most importantly keeping me informed. This is my first boat and I called 60 dealers from Oklahoma to Dallas area and always got were running about 4 to 6 weeks before we can take a look at it.i thought I would miss the rest of boating season my first year but thanks to Gary and Staff. I am back in the game.

We had a great experience with the Keystone Harbor Blackbeard location. They went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with our service. We will definitely be a repeat customer and will recommend them to more friends.

They've been great helping us to fix mistakes made by another repair shop. Finally able to get the boat on the lake yesterday for a food run. They even went the extra mile fixing a broken ski rack on the tower.
