Let me start by saying that I was not happy that my insurance provider change & that I had to go somewhere new... Having said that, the ladies working the front & people in the back work working like crazy tryin 2 help everyone. They were so busy at lunch that I came back after I got off work, still had to wait an hour but was finally seen. What I seen while being helped was truly an exhibit of team work! 1 if the ladies said she would accept new clients up to 7pm when they were supposed to be closing. The experience has been pleasant & I will definitely return!

Very friendly and helpful. They also have a good variety of frames to choose from which is nice. The only bad thing and it wasn’t their fault was they were short handed and had to wait, but again not their fault. I will continue to use them.

Staff was very knowledgeable answering my questions. Thrilled that it only took 23 minutes to make my glasses... selection of frames was enormous and wonderful prices! Will definitely recommend them! Positively will use them again and again!!!! Thank you Debbie 💗

I give 5 🌟 for the man that helped me pick out my frame's. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't wait that day to get my glasses but went the next day. There was only one lady working and she was helping a customer. A lady was waiting when I went in so I had to wait 10 to 15 minutes to pick up my glasses.

Customer service here is great. Leigh and Destiny both make a great team to accommodate many customers in a short period of time. Leigh was very knowledgeable on recommending the right lens since my occupation involves staring at the computer screen 8 hours a day. A lot of simple glasses here to meet my practicality needs over the last couple of years.
