Skyline Mobile Home Park

I have lived here for over a year. There is new management. They raise the rent $25 It is the second raise of rent in a year. No manager stays around the park. I've not seen anyone everyone I've asked hasn't seen anyone. The owners make us mow the yard now. The management before kept the place clean and took care of the grass too.

New manager got back to me within an hour and was very helpful. They are making several changes but all for the good. Give her a chance everyone she is a very nice lady. Thank you for helping me and I am looking forward to seeing you around.

I stayed here for 3 months working construction in the area. The park is clean, quiet and well maintained. Robbie the owner was always courteous and accommodating to any needs that arised. The prices were very reasonable for comparable parks. Shopping, entertainment and dining all close by. Easy access to major roads. I'll stay here again if work brings me back to the area.
