I had a broken HM Chair that needed to be repaired and not only was MY problem repaired, they repaired and cleaned up the chair so it looked brand new. I hope this doesn't offend anyone, but this place for me is like a Herman Miller and the Eames' wet dream!! BRAVA to the nicest ladies that were the best to work with! I can't recommend them any more than if I came to your front door with some roses and said, go to Workplace Resource!”

I can't comment on the chair itself as it has yet to arrive, and that is to be expected with the chair being a custom order, and considering the unprecedented pressure on the shipping industry at the moment, I don't mind a long wait time considering the situation. I believe the ETA was 2-4 weeks for my chair, thus if you want something for yourself, you may want to consider purchasing well in advance.”
