“First, the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that sometimes it's hard to connect with a director and sometimes my mom's meds have been changed without my knowledge and input (I have power of attorney). I've never met her doctors. Also, it's in your best interest to keep a close eye on your loved one's clothing. Mom's stuff was clearly marked and tended to go "missing." This seems to be more or less a problem at all the homes I've been acquainted with. My mom has been here almost 4 years and it's been a wonderful experience. The daily caregivers are all warm, wonderful, caring people. The admissions office truly tried to match Mom up with an appropriate roommate. The rooms are large and nicely appointed. What I really love about this building is the HUGE living/dining area with the cathedral ceiling and wealth of windows bringing in so much sunlight. Thank you, staff at the Lakes!”
