“Very nice business. I've been searching for storage units and the first few I stopped at were not allowing you to enter their office unless you have a mask on due to Covid scare. Both the other places made me stand outside in the summer heat to discuss storage options over the phone. This is not how you should a paying customer. I was welcomed inside here and with minutes I had a new unit rented. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful with the entire process.”

She was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfectly. She did and an amazing job on my hair. Her boss was absolutely wonderful as well. “They reinforced a sofa and chair frame for me as part of a restoration project. Very well done. They also suggested a wood refinishing guy that did an amazing job, and they handled transport to and from (for a minor fee). They also rebuilt the sofa on my frame with a couple pictures for ideas and a couple discussions about materials (I ended up ordering a 100% cotton Velvet in an indigo color online because it was hard to find). They also delivered to my home. The finished product is beautiful, unique, and sturdy.”

“I've been going to this clinic for a while now and the people there are always very sweet to me and my kids. I have been in there several times where people have gotten an attitude with them over the smallest things, but want to say it's the workers fault. If you leave a message when the voicemail picks up, they will call you back, but common sense will tell you if you don't leave a message how will they know you called? SMH I think people want to complain to just complain and not take responsibility for themselves. I have also been in there where they have been super busy and can't answer the phone, so again that takes me back to leaving a message. They treat myself and my children very kind when I come in and they are very patient with my kids. The nurse is very knowledgeable and the lady that sits at the front is as well and she is very quick and gets you in and out.”
