(February 2, 2022, 10:52 am)I started at Balance Pilates when I hurt my back and needed to strengthen my core per recommendations of my chiropractor. Pilates here has been more than I could have wished for! It's like having a physical therapist to help you work out. They are so good about correcting our position and helping us gain strength without injury. I went from being scared to work out to enjoying how I was getting leaner and stronger. Highly recommend!!

(August 31, 2021, 9:31 pm)Balance Pilates is a great place to build your core strength in a fun and friendly environment! There are a variety of classes and times to choose from for all levels. All of the instructors are great too! I’ve found Pilates to be the most ‘bang for your buck’ to get all of the stabilizer/core muscles involved and worked out in a low impact way and highly recommend to everyone.
