(July 2, 2021, 3:39 pm)I started a walking regiment, I decided to take a break from walk cool down have lunch. After about 4 miles very hot weather. I stopped enjoyed Burger,Fries cold water. Then resume my walk refreshed add 3 more miles. My June amount was 330 k steps.
