(March 17, 2023, 9:10 am)My first time using Payless and the experience was great. My flight was cancelled and I checked all locations at the airport and no one had any cars available and all were extremely rude while dealing with them except at Avis/Payless. After 45 minutes of walking from counter to counter the gentleman at Payless (don’t remember his name) actually tracked me down to let me know he had a car come available. I always use National/Enterprise and have for years but they definitely will not be getting my business back for this location.
