(May 26, 2016, 4:20 pm)I actually reserved a car a year ago and then had to cancel. My money was not refunded but I was told I could use the funds within a year. Ausby made good on their assurance and I rented a car last month. The manager picked me up at the airport and drove me to the rental location. The car was new and was a good fit for me. Four days later I returned the car and was driven back to the airport to catch my flight. I felt I got good service and a good car.
