(December 26, 2021, 5:57 pm)I had to return my rental car Christmas morning at the LAX Airport location. I was told by a fox rent a car rep on the phone that they didn't open until 5am. My flight was scheduled for 6am. I was a nervous wreck thinking I had to be on the plane in less than 1 hour after returning my car. I drove to Fox anyway and arrived at 4am to my surprise SERGIO was there with a happy face and and positive attitude! He made my day! I was so grateful he was there early to let me check in. I ended up waiting in the security line at LAX for an hour. There's no way I would have made my flight if SERGIO wasn't there. Thank you Sergio.
