  Submitted an online request for maintenance Sunday afternoon and it was completed by Monday morning. Excellent, quick service. Who doesn't love that?

  Overall I’d say I had a good experience here. The staff are friendly and any maintenance requests were always dealt with quickly. I never had any problems with bugs. The apartments are clean and have great amenities. The only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars was for a few reasons. They got expensive really quick, after staying there for 2 years I watched my rent go up by almost $200. And honestly I wouldn’t recommend getting anything near the highway. I had requested an apartment that was quiet and on the 3rd floor. Somehow they got me and another girl mixed up, and when they gave me the keys I realized they had given me a second floor apartment literally right next to the highway. Not the third floor apartment like I thought I was getting when I signed the lease. Like I could throw a rock from my window onto 75. I thought it wouldn’t be bad at first, but it was horrible. Constant highway noise throughout the night. You can’t enjoy being outside or have the windows open because it was even worse. I really think those should be discounted considering that was a main factor in my moving out.
  Overall I think it’s a great place and felt very homey. They take great care of you and I loved my time here. Just be careful of the highway!

  No word express how I truly enjoyed my time in Tuscany hills. The management doing a fantastic job starting from the Property Manager Mrs. Shelby. The maintenance team doing a great job. Everything is perfect. I highly recommended this place to anyone looking for a community and a HOME before anything else.

  I had previously lived here and enjoyed it a lot. The staff are always friendly and very accommodating. Even with the Covid-19 stuff going on. The apartment was very clean and very nice with new appliances. Excellent experience!!!

  I moved in first of April. We just love it here! So quite and the apartment is so nice and spacious. If looking to move here you won’t be disappointed. Also great schools!!
