“I ordered three items two of which are custom made when they are ordered. I did note the disclaimer on the site that orders aren’t shipped for at least 9-14 days after the order is placed I honestly didn’t pay much attention to anything else that may have been a notice or disclaimer. I received the email order confirmation and was really excited so I called on day 14 to see about an order update. The lady I spoke with was very kind and told me that even tho their boutique is local to me the collegiate items ship from out of state and explained the process to me. She took my information and quickly called me back with details in regards to my order. One of the shirts I ordered was on back order and she gave me 3 solutions and allowed me to choose. Yes the shipping is slow but they state that on their site. Every issue was addressed and rectified. I think their level of customer service is fair and adequate. However I will say improvement on inventory accuracy and updates can be made. Also I didn’t receive any shipping notification but they were very quick in response to my shipping inquiry. I can’t as of yet comment on quality as my order is due to arrive today.”

“I absolutely loved Dr.Sterling. He delivered two of my children. Actually, I was with another dr in the same center with the first. But, he happened to be the on call OB when I went into labor 3 weeks early! Most easiest delivery I ever had. The second one I had moved. But, still continued to see him. He was amazing and even scheduled me to be induced at 39wks to help me with travel time because of the drive. He was amazing and always answered every question. Wait time was always fast and easy. You always got ultrasounds at your visits. He always made my deliveries a breeze. I am so blessed to have the experience with him. Too bad I moved farther away or I would’ve used him again in a heartbeat.”

“I have been going to Dr. Walsh at Accu Eye Site for years. She is so thorough in every detail of every exam and takes all the time needed to make sure you are fitted with the best option available. My most recent checkup was so comforting to see the extensive precautions she has taken to make sure her staff and the patient are safe from Covid. She has installed air purification machines in all rooms, there is a limit of people allowed in the building, temperature is performed, all areas are cleaned before and after each patient goes through a station, the staff never violates the distance requirements, the eye wear samples are supervised and cleaned before they are put back on the wall, there is plenty of hand cleaning supplies everywhere, there are chairs placed outside until your appointment is ready or you can sit in your car and they will call you when they are ready. Everything about the place put me at ease knowing they cared enough to take so many extra precautions. Then the best thing is, because she is so detailed in her notes in my file she always reviews it and knows where to start from with my next exam. I see great with my latest fitting for contacts and it only took one visit.”

Called OHP and they immediately sent someone out so we could change it safely. The officer was so nice and understanding, made the entire situation easier. We greatly appreciated all their help!”

“Never been to this location. Haven’t even checked our order yet but what I wanted to say is the manager that is working is is probably one of the best managers I have ever witnessed! Normally you never hear this but commending your crew on how amazing they are doing. It was nice hearing. One thing I’ve always said “people don’t quit their jobs, they quit the manager” I just wanted to point out that small factor out. Ordering smells fresh and super hot!”

“I lost my electrical service when a neighbor cut down a large tree which took down my lines that were stretched across their back yard. It took down everything from the PSO pole to my house. PSO was to install new service for me and I was told by PSO that I'd have to get a licensed electrician to set up the electric to the house. I called Abana Electric and he came and did his part two days before PSO did their part. When PSO saw the work that Abana had done ... they commented on what a good job it was.
