“Around noon today 9/24/22 At first I was ready to give a low review due to treatment, lids, napkins, ketchup not stocked and almost every empty table was dirty. They turned out to be very under staffed and it was right after the 2nd or 3rd football game of the day was over and were getting slammed since at least 10 am. Our food was fresh and good and the manager actually came over and apologized for all the inconveniences, more than once. Very professional and polite of him to do so and it really made out meal enjoyable!!”

Take the strictness of the program as a way to understand that your life is valuable and they have your best interest and safety as the focus point of their treatment.
