“2020 UPDATE! This year has been trying for so many, and one of my constants this year has been my daily workouts at FBBC. They have been very responsive to the needs of members, including transitioning to virtual and recorded classes during the lockdown, a transition to a mix of in studio and virtual/recorded sessions once things started opening, and taking CDC social distancing and sanitizing standards into account. If you're looking for challenging workouts in a safe, motivating environment, give FBBC a try! ------------- UPDATE! It's a whole year later, and I love FBBC even more than I did then. FBBC is so much more than a workout facility to me. The workouts continue to be amazing and challenging, and being a shift worker, the classes scheduled at multiple times a day is perfect for making sure I get a sweat in no matter my work hours. BUT... It's the community of wonderful ladies that I get to work out with and the amazing trainers that support us everyday that keep me coming back. FBBC is the true definition of a FIT FAM! Dr. Farrell takes her time, and not only builds a relationship with you, but is incredibly brilliant on looking out side the box and figuring out what is wrong. Never makes you feel rushed. She takes time and listens (which is very hard to find in doctors anymore), makes you feel as if are the only one there. She has helped me with an auto immune disorder and with hormone issues that no one has been able to figure out. She is very compassionate and truly loves what she does. Couldn't be happier with her.
