“This is the first time that I have ever considered to use a trainer and facility to workout. Let me say that it is incredible and the staff and management of Fit4U are the best ever. I have been going now for 2 months, and feel better than ever, I am 61 yr old and feel 40 again, I have lost 28 pounds and over 12" in measurements. I have used 4 of the trainers and everyone of them are truly professionals and require you to get what you need, and look forward daily to seeing you and the progress that you have made. Not only has this increased my life, but also mentally I have felt better and look forward to being at workout everyday I can. I work out 4 days a week, and wish sometimes that I could workout everyday. I have a goal in mind for weight loss and also for muscle toning, and with their help I am confident that it will happen sooner than I thought. The facility and equipment are absolutely first class and has that personal touch and feel that you wouldn't receive at a large gym or training place.
