“This is the only place you should buy a Hyundai. When I was car shopping in these crazy times I was getting really frustrated as nothing seemed to be In stock and most dealers are charging absurd mark ups. Given their position most salesmen don’t even seem to try to negotiate these days and instead of trying to make the sale they often say someone else will buy it. After speaking to nick on the phone I knew that I was going to buy. He was straight forward with me from the start and mentioned their dealership did not mark up their vehicle. After keys Hyundai was asking 10k above MSRP I was so relieved to hear that and I quickly made an appointment to check out the vehicle. Eager to buy I left work early and quickly went through the buying process and 2 hours later I was in the seat of my new car! Thanks to Nick and Danny you two are absolute all stars! “Definitely worth the money and doesn’t stick it to the pocket book like other places because the grand master (GM) plus coach enjoys (loves) what they teach and it shows. The owner (GM) keeps his classes on the smaller side for more personal, one on one care if needed, but also allows for higher belts to train lower belts with supervision of course. GM and coach keep the students on course and they don’t just teach one area of technique which I love. It’s a multi disciplinary dojo and you can take any of the different classes offered. My son and I also do private lessons with Grand Master Wilden, we actually started with private lessons then moved into the gym and we love both the gym and private lessons and the certificates we achieve as we learn.”

“We like 7-11. But I have a problem with this one particularly. There's an unexpected car hazard near the side door that looks like a baby tree. I met it last New Year's night. I wasn't intoxicated. Be careful with the green concrete bollards around the little tree. Don't park too close next to them and forget about the second one. I turned in too sharp and put a huge dent into my fender. Had to replace it. Huge trouble and a few hundred dollars. My fault I know. The problem is with my expectations, coming in from out of town. I was looking at getting around a tiny tree, which I could see, not a 5 foot square bollard-protected plant area. But maybe some yellow and black caution tape around the middle of the bollard would signal that the less observant should pay attention. Because the bollard is very easy to overlook if you're backing up. Or an orange caution flag on a pole? If you're committed to the tree it could be worth it. However, I don't see that the tree is really adding something necessary. If it has to be protected on all four sides, doesn't that mean it's in the way? Isn't a parking lot for cars, not tree? If there was a curb, you could still protect the tree, and unobservant drivers could feel going up on the curb, and the tires could take it instead of hitting a bollard that's hard to see at night and folding their fender around it? Or if the bollards were added because someone hit the tree, isn't that telling you the tree is the problem?”
