Kim and her wonderful trainers do a great job in using multiple items to give you a work out. Sometimes there are challenges against each other, sometimes she wants to make us cry when we leave ;), sometimes it’s simply working out, all always with a set of workouts listed. Everyone has same goal, no matter the level, get healthy & fit & be happy :). Kim and her trainers are very personable and knowledgeable, each having their area of expertise. For kids: have only done it a few times, but my daughter and her fiends seemed to really enjoy working on their fitness in a fun atmosphere.”

“I have a bad knee. It gave out on me going downstairs and the resultant pain from the fall was excruciating. When I still couldn’t walk without crutches a couple of days later I called them. I drove straight over and was in the exam room within 10 minutes. They did X-rays on-site and the doc was there promptly (the time it took to review the X-rays). She said the pain radiating down to my ankle couldn’t be explained by a knee injury and asked about my back. I’m missing a disk there and had a prior issue with paralysis on the same leg from a pinched nerve. Her diagnosis was confirmed two days later when, stretching my.back, it slid back into place and ended about 80% of the pain. My knee is still hurt, but the steroids she prescribed are the best medical science has to offer. I didn’t mention I had quite a bit of medical experience/education. She made a very good catch. She’s very intuitive, which is critical for a good diagnostician.”
