“Love Dr. Chris! Our dogs have been patients for about 6 years since we moved to Edmond. We've lost two and he cried right along with us when we had to let them go. He is direct and will tell us when a treatment no longer works when it is time, which is of most importance to me when I'm not ready to hear it but he is also compassionate. Their comfort and well-being are most important to us, as it is to him. Our new rescue loves going to see him, getting to hang out with the office kitties and the treats of course. “I have utilized this facility 3 this facility in the last 3 months, due to my preference, for the CONSISTENT EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My insurance company will call and schedule your test for you after it’s authorized. As a rule, they choose the facility closest to your home.. The people who are doing this are in a different state. Immediately, I tell them I know that Medical Plaza Imaging is not as close to my home, but the Service is superb and personable from the Valet service, to the front line receptionist, and then of course the radiology therapists who is performs the MRI TEST , is always very professional. I have been fortunate to have the same therapist(I so sorry I cannot think 🤔 of it, I am having a senior moment) , most times when I am there for a MRI, and she is so kind and caring. She keeps me informed of how long each section is going to be and is checking to make sure I am okay during the test and encouraging with telling me how much longer we have to go before we are finished with the test. I always feel good when I get her as my therapist to help me with my test. The last visit, I asked for a copy of 4 discs of different MRI, and I said I would come back to get them tomorrow before my Dr appointment at 10:30. The receptionist, Lucy said, I can do that right now!! I don’t want you to have to come back in the morning before your appointment. She and my therapist worked together to make this happen for me and this took a lot of stress off of me. I think you could see the reason I have been coming to this facility for any MRI’s , I need to have done. Lately, I have been having a rough few months!! But, when you get this kind of service experience, it sure helps keep me in a GRATITUDE 🙏 FRAME OF MIND FOR THESE PEOPLE WHO ARE HERE EVERY DAY AND DO THEIR JOB, IN A WAY THAT IS CONSISTENTLY FOR THE PATIENTS TO BE AT EASE AND IN A FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT, SO THEY WANT TO COME BACK, THE NEXT TIME THEY NEED HELP WITH THEIR SERVICES!! I was scared to try a chiropractor but was pleasantly surprised when he worked my muscles and did not pop or crack me. After maybe 3 sessions I was able to walk & stand with little to no pain.
