“THE best dental office in America. Don’t even think about going anywhere else. Dr. Austin Keaster is fantastic. Very caring and sincerely interested. Gentle, skilled. The staff is spectacular. Shelli and Nicole are out front, and they are simply wonderful. They gave me free stuff, too. But it was their warm personalities and beautiful smiles that were special. Mary was a great dental assistant. Sweet, caring. Told me everything I wanted to know and was always with me. She was focused on my needs. And then there’s the absolutely gorgeous facility. It’s a train depot, and it is special outside and in. They even have a train that runs continuously between the many rooms. This is the dental office for you”

“The staff at Norman Regional HealthPlex are always courteous and kind. I have never had a bad experience here yet! Today I needed bloodwork ran when I checked in Ken greeted me with a smile, took my paper work, and gave me a buzzer. Then my buzzer went off to tell me someone needed to see me which was Sandi in the business office so she could accept my copay and check me into the hospital. Very nice lady willing to explain everything and help me with my paperwork for insurance and my FSA plan. After I finish there I went back for a short wait and Jennifer B came out to get me for my bloodwork. Exceptionally nice as well and very gentle I might add. I am blessed with the worst veins you could get, she did it the first time with no problems and no pain. I always have the best experience at Norman Regional HealthPlex I cannot imagine going anywhere else for any other hospital needs. I will also tell you I am also in the medical field and I’m very critical of personnel. Total time maybe an hour and that was with no appointment. They all 3 need some praise !!!!!! Thank you so much!!❤️”

The personnel respond quickly, assessed him, and took him to our hospital where he already has a full team of doctors aware of his multiple chronic conditions. He's spent the last week in a Progressive Care Cardiac Unit and still does not have a discharge time. Thank you to those who helped him!”

“Scheduled to establish routine dental care. Staff were amazing and very kind upon arrival/check in and check out. Liz was so nice and kind, and she did very well with all my x-rays/imaging. I saw Dr. May who was very thorough and explained my x-rays/imaging and treatment plan in detail which was wonderful. Had my cleaning performed by Ynhu, who was very thorough and explained/walked me through each step she was doing, and I feel like she did a great job. Everyone was absolutely phenomenal, and I truly appreciated my whole experience from scheduling, check in to check out. Looking forward to continuing my dental care here.”
