“It is hard to be excited about AC repair or replacement, but I have been satisfied with Air Assurance for several years. In 2016, they replaced my whole system. Even the City of Tulsa inspector at the end was impressed with the work they did in the install. Since then I've had my AC and furnace maintenance with their team. It is nice to know they stand by their work. No high pressure upgrade talk, or sales (like other companies in town), just the service and a good explanation of how things are doing. I buy a new filter every year and pay for the service and that's a steal compared to the AC running nonstop. I'm super happy with the system they put in and the ongoing preventative maintenance.”

“How sad a person gets towed for illegally parking in a business parking lot for an extended period of time and does a bad review. He apparently was at the party house (traffic in and out all the time) so much that signs needed to be placed so customers could park. He contacted the building management company, the towing company and banged on every door in the office complex. It is turning into a major harassment situation. He talk to an employee his first contact and lie saying he had only been parked a couple of hours She explained it had been there all day long and we thought it was stolen. He called the business owner, insisted he had already spoke to her, and insisted they pay his towing bill. Kept insisting he spoke to her prior which he didn’t. He was differently at the party house as post-it notes were placed on cars numerous times even after the signs had been placed. He asked the building management company why he didn’t get a post it nite. It’s not a good practice to just leave a car somewhere. And it does not leave employees feeling safe with strange vehicles just randomly left. Hope his wife never has to experience such harassment he is caused this business.”

“Two days ago my husband, our 6 & 5 year old daughters & I were headed from Oklahoma to Tennessee to visit family. Our battery light came on and then our van stalled. There we were, still 3 1/2 hours from our destination, on the side of the highway with a dead battery at 2am. Luckily, Jeff, my awesome insurance agent, helped me get a great rate on full coverage insurance with roadside assist. I made a phone call & Mia, a very friendly efficient lady, sent the nicest gentleman with a tow truck to our rescue. “I been here 2 years and didn't hesitate to renew my lease. Matt is the best, he is friendly, professional and gets things done. Every time I put in a work order he and the maintenance team are on top of it. Matt even takes the time to call or email me with a status and that I like. The property is quiet and neighbors are nice. I have to say the negative response about the maintenance team and response time was due to staff shortage but they did their best to get the work done. Now they are staffed better and the management office and them make a great team. I have no complaints about any of them, keep up the good work.”

“This Panda Express is very well run and has a professional staff. There may be a line when you pull up at the drive thru, but it goes very fast. The staff quickly take my order and in no time Im getting my hot food and on my way. My food is always hot and fresh. They use high quality ingredients. Panda Express is pricey, but I never have heartburn after eating their food. This tells me they use high quality ingredients. I love this location.”
