“I have nothing but awesome things to say about the ladies there. Where these bad reviews are coming from, maybe you were having a bad day or asking the wrong questions. I was misinformed about a motorcycle license, not from these ladies, someone else. I thought I knew was I was talking about, they were very patient with me helping me to understand where the issue was. They were not rude, quite the contrary, very patient. I can be rather impatient sometimes, so I feel bad about getting irritated with them. It wasn't them, it was me. Whenever I walk in, they always smile and make me feel like "family."”

“Dr. Tipton’s office did my DOT physical a year ago. They were very friendly, easy to get an appointment, I was in and out without any wait time. While getting my physical I asked Dr. Tipton about some neck/back pain I was having, he examined me and even adjusted my neck/back right then! You can’t get any better service than that !! Today I was looking for my DOT physical long form and couldn’t find it anywhere. I called their office and they sent over a copy within minutes. It would recommend them to anyone looking for a good chiropractor or any CDL holder needing to update their medical card.”

“Better than BA agencies. The ladies are amazing and it’s never busy. They do close at 5 not 5:30 though. They also shut down machines at 4:30 so be there before then. Also sit on right where the chairs are if you are there for license instead of standing in line for car tags. They also have a small coffee bar on the left when you walk in so you can drink while you wait.”

“People complain about being disconneted, honestly that is likely not the dhs employees fault. People also complain about them not knowing about details. They are only allowed information their position allows them to know. It is a government office, and oftn people are very restricted in what they can do and tell you. My experience has been positive every time I have spoken to them. They have been helpful and courteous. They are human, they are limited in what they are allowed. With that knowledge maybe you should speak to a different office or ask for a supervisor to assist with your problems. These folks are helping my household afford to cover our needs, without them Me and my kids would be sunk. Thank you DHS.”

“This Tag Agency is pretty decent. I went there yesterday to get my Intermediate License and it went great. The people there are pretty nice. However, I am giving them 4 stars as I did not appreciate the long wait outside in order to be in the walk in list. It’s not entirely their fault as nowadays there is things like a Real ID that is in place for Oklahomans and also licensing stuff like renewals and lost driving privileges. Overall a pretty good Tag Agency for a pretty convenient location.”
