“Excellent value for the area. They were almost completely full in January when we were there. The day we called they had one spot left that would fit our 42 ft 5th wheel. It was tight getting in, but we made it. The people next to us had to move their vehicle in order for us to pull in and out. Laundry facilities were decent, only 50 cents each wash and dry! We would stay here again if in the area. 4 stars because of the tight fit.”

After I received an amazing card from the staff expressing their sympathy. The package I bought to have my baby cremated and remembered by, and when i received it I was more than pleased. “Nice park to stop for a short visit. The highlight was the dog park, which has been one of the nicer dog parks we've encountered on our journey west from Florida. It was well maintained and actually had grass, not just patches with mostly dirt. The landscaping throughout the park was lovely, however it would have been nice to have shade trees for the RVs. I believe most of the people staying here were staying long term, as we didn't see many people coming and going. The people were mostly quiet and friendly. There is a train track in the area so expect to hear a train throughout the day and night, giving its warning whistle. I would stay here again if driving through.”

“Cozy, Quiet, Great Hosts. We have stayed with Ken and Judy many times. This is a great location with shops, art galleries, restaurants, bars, and clubs within walking distance. Weather permitting there's a deck with chairs, and a lovely flower garden. The Breakfast is a gift card to one of the best breakfast spots in Tulsa, Brookside by Day! Always friendly and accommodating, Ken and Judy have invited us to share a glass of wine and showed us some of their amazing and eclectic collection. We have never seen so much as an ant during our many visits to the property.”

“The hotel was average. What we expected to see for the price we paid. Rooms were in the process of being remodeled. What brought it all up from a 2 star review though was the staff. I checked in for an induction and found out they dont start breakfast until 630. We had to leave no later than 645 and she got everything ready so we could eat at 6. The staff was incredibly pleasant helpful.”
