“I got sleepy on the road trip and so we stopped here. The toilet in the first room we were given constantly leaked and cycled. But what made the room bad for us was that the exterior door near our room was the smoking area. The corridor and room had too much smell for us. The desk found us another room and was understanding. I rate their service as excellent. The new room also did not have the toilet issue. The place could use a little paint. The room issues caused the lost star.”

“Exceeded our expectations and James was the icing on the cake! Beds were so comfortable and all the amenities you could ever think was provided. We traveled from CA with 3 stops along the way and this was the best yet. The home is decorated with beautiful antique furniture and very unique wall hangings. When I saw this place had 9.9 stars I booked it and now I understand why. I can’t imagine a place exceeding this one! Thank you James for your generous hospitality!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Eagle Mountain Campground. It's very well kept. The concrete pads and picnic tables at each sight are very helpful. There are so many huge trees around, for beneficial shade, that we didn't even have to use our Canopy. The owners are striving to make this a deluxe place to stay at Keystone Lake. “We spent two nights at the RV park. Leann, our host, was super nice! The park itself was without all the bells and whistles, but had everything we needed. I only mention this in case families are looking for a pool or other amenities - there is a play set, though. We are newbies to RV’ing and hubby had all the room he needed to maneuver our 30 ft trailer into its spot. Loved that we had a sewer at our site. The property is just beautiful with a pond, some farm animals, beautiful scenery all surrounded by the Osage Hills. There is a lot of open space - we were even able to hit some golf balls. All in all a lovely spot to spend a few nights!”

“the rooms were nice. two queen-size beds. icebox microwave. the bathroom and I only had a shower but has a tub to soak in. cable TV was positioned perfectly on the wall the loud perfect positioning of your neck is laying here watching TV. ice machine always open. vending machine. customer service I found lacking. couple of that operated are very not very customer service aware. my views on customer service is that your business is made by the customer. caretakers were very rude. overall the the inn was nice place to stay. very convenient. there was a Jack in The box right outside the entrance a shell convenience store right across the street, a Domino's pizza right beside the convenience store.”

I appreciated Tom’s consideration for our schedules by providing travel tips like information on closing and wait times at restaurants and shops. The house was great, and the breakfast was to die for! Tom made an amazing omelet, and the following day French toast with cheesy potatoes. The attention to detail was much appreciated, and made our stay one we will never forget!”

First the bad water didn't get very hot and like prior reviews the owners a wee bit paranoid about people slipping people in and likely with reason..gotta just do what you can and be happy:). Good things..owner was decent enough to us and guys the room was clean things worked except needing a hot water heater the guy didn't try to price gouge and in fact lower by 5 bucks what he wanted..it's a mom n pop guys and a decent one:)”

“We just got here and we are blown away! Love the property driving up, love the atmosphere created, each room is so unique and the attention to detail! The younger people of our group are now sitting in the theater room watching a movie from the extensive library and eating popcorn. We booked two rooms, The Cowboy and The New York! We were leaving for dinner, but changed our mind to spend time here and enjoy! Perry is such a great host! And the doggies are so sweet!”

The best part is that it's a cheap and pet friendly place to stay. I was so happy to find a non-smoking hotel that allows pets. This is definitely one of the best lodging options near me.
